Our Staff – It is all about Teamwork

Beryl Puddifer took her passion for traveling along with her values as a principal of a six form college and created Ski le Gap, where you can experience a new culture whilst doing something you love and, at the same time, gaining useful qualifications.

In 1997, Beryl’s daughter, Amelia joined the team and has been the managing director since 2004. In 2011, when Beryl retired, Amelia took over as the owner of Ski le Gap and is continuing the tradition.

Ski le Gap is a company run on team work and it is delighted to boast the best ski and snowboard instructors in the world. The residential and support staff are friendly and happy to help out in any way they can.

Every year, Ski le Gap chooses two lucky ex-Ski le Gappers to come back and work a whole season on the residential team. They are the ones who, having just experienced their own gap year, are the best suited to help guide you.
